Sinochem–ChemChina Merger
In May 2021, with the approval of China's State Council, Sinochem Holdings was established through the strategic merger of Sinochem Group and ChemChina. The largest consolidation in China's chemicals industry, it was a major step toward building a world-class diversified chemicals group.
