This policy explains how Beijing Qingmei Future Advertising Design Co., Ltd. ("Qingmei Future", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit highestchina.com and its sub-sites, submit a project inquiry or contact us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry through a form on this site, we collect:

  • Your name, phone number and email address (at least one of phone or email is required)
  • Your company name, inquiry type and the description you write

Information recorded automatically with a form submission. To detect duplicate or abusive submissions and to understand where inquiries come from, we also record:

  • The page you submitted from and the referring page
  • Your IP address and browser type (user agent)
  • Campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_campaign and bd_vid

Information collected while you browse. We use Baidu Tongji to measure page visits and Baidu Shangqiao for live chat. These services set cookies or local storage in your browser that record visit times, pages viewed and device information. We also store your language preference (Chinese or English) in your browser.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information such as ID numbers, bank details or precise location. Please do not include such information in your inquiry.

7. Children

This site is intended for business clients, not for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
