About this study
Thin porcelain folds into a half-open letter, with warm light escaping between its planes. Indigo-black sand and pale quartz leave an interrupted crescent on a bronze surface. A few airborne grains catch the side light, shifting writing from words to wind, folds and temporary material traces.
Ephemeral sand, thresholds and subtle inner light become a new folded porcelain letter, bronze surface and wind-borne grains. Reference figures, mask and sand pattern are replaced in an AI-assisted mixed-material study.
