Research and Definition
Interviews, data analysis and competitor research build an understanding of the challenge. We turn these findings into project objectives, design principles and success measures.

From research and definition to validation and implementation.
Clear stages and informed decisions turn ideas into reality.
A good process makes complex challenges manageable while giving creativity room to develop.
Turning a client's initial idea into measurable market impact takes a clear process and rigorous quality control. Qingmei Future structures each project around six stages: research, definition, concept development, validation, implementation and review. Each stage has defined deliverables and review criteria. AI supports concept generation, visual development and content production, improving efficiency and accelerating iteration. A disciplined process keeps projects on course and resources focused.
At the outset, our research team uses interviews, data analysis and competitor research to understand the client's industry, audiences and core challenges. Findings are delivered in a report covering market conditions, user needs and the competitive landscape. During definition, we translate these findings into actionable project objectives and design principles, establishing priorities and constraints. Together with the client, we align expectations, confirm the central challenge and agree on success measures to guide the work ahead.
During concept development, our design team explores multiple responses to the defined challenge, using AI tools to accelerate the exploration of visual directions and content formats. Concepts are presented as sketches, prototypes or demonstration videos for client review and selection. Validation uses user testing, focus groups or limited market trials to assess effectiveness and feasibility. AI accelerates visual development and content production, shortening iteration cycles. The findings determine whether a concept moves into implementation or returns for further development.

During implementation, validated concepts become final deliverables, including brand guidelines, visual assets, technology platforms or marketing materials. AI supports content production at scale, with designers reviewing and finalizing every output. Before handover, we check all deliverables and train the client's team to use and manage brand assets effectively. The review stage assesses delivery against project objectives, process efficiency and the quality of the solutions. Lessons learned inform our internal methods and future projects.
Interviews, data analysis and competitor research build an understanding of the challenge. We turn these findings into project objectives, design principles and success measures.
We develop multiple responses to the defined challenge, using AI to accelerate visual exploration and test content formats. Concepts are presented as prototypes for client review.
User testing, focus groups and limited market trials assess how well concepts work. AI supports rapid iteration, while the findings determine readiness for implementation.
We turn concepts into final deliverables, with designers refining and approving AI-generated assets. Project reviews capture lessons and improve our methods.
